I have been fighting depressed mood for some months now, my thinking were mostly of negative thought and a mindset of been feed up with everyone and everything around me. Most times I felt lonely and all alone as if the world is enclosing on me ,reasons I cant explain,I felt I was a total failure to my kinds and nature. I at one point thought of giving up but people I love and those that loved me kept me fighting . I know lots of people go through difficult times, some can handle them while some can not. Please be aware you not alone talk to someone, its not something to be ashamed of , you will be glad you shared your feelings, low moment with close friends and family than keeping it to yourself.
We all read lots of suicidal act taken by people who we love, they may be thinking taking their lives is the best solution to their problems but that is not rather what their action leaves behind is memories that will hurt those and many that knew them and loved them. Many people say it is an act of selfishness, but I will totally disagree and say a big NO to that, you may ask me why? okay no this at that low moment the only way and thought that runs through a person mind going through depressed mood is to leave the current world they are because they feel they are not like everyone around them, they feel all alone and the only way out is by wanting to commit suicide not thinking of the pain it will leave behind but the pain they are relived of . Lets dont judge but support people with depressed mood, let not look at them as been unreasonable but rather give them the reason and hope to look at the brighter side of the world.
We should not condemn those suffering from depression and emotional fear due to some certain reasons,we should not make them look like a failure but support them and help them see the bigger future ahead , than focusing on the little problem currently faced that can be solved but just a matter of time......
I was a person of great believe for the future, debt made me went into depression, because I have never owed and hate owing, I was so scared to talk to anyone, because of the shame of been laughed at or looked like a coward, although am still taking that baby step with great believe the journey ahead will be bright and my current worries is just for a while, also my lovely kids keeps me strong and give me the hope and reasons to fight the negative mood I face.

That last quote expresses and idea that I want to underscore. Sometimes, the most helpful thing we can do for ourselves is to help another person. I don't fully understand the science behind it, but I can certainly attest to an unseen strength that comes to those who reach out and lift another.
