SIMON Cowell has said Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Liam Payne are "madly in love".
The X Factor judge has spoken out about the Girls
Aloud star and One Direction singer's relationship – which was revealed in February.And he's a big fan of the pair together.Speaking to The Sun, Simon said: "I saw them together and we had a really nice dinner. They were on good form.
"They're like two little chipmunks madly in love. Literally, they were so cute."The music mogul went on to insist he "didn't have a clue" the pair were in a relationship until it was revealed.
Recently, Liam's cousin Ross Harris predicted he and Cheryl – who is reportedly planning on quitting X Factor – will be getting married "within weeks".
Speaking to new! magazine, The Voice contestant said: "I don't think their relationship is for publicity just because they've been seen holding hands and going to restaurants.
