A video of a Congolese minister, Enock Ruberangaba Sebineza who was caught on camera stroking his private part while involving in a web porn hot moment . The video of him masturbating has gone viral.
The exposed video which was about 4 minutes and 27 seconds footage, showed Mr Enock having a hand and mouth gesture to his laptop,then without hesitation unzipping his trousers and start stoking his manhood. After he finished he used a white piece of cloth to wipe his sperm and throws it in a dustbin and resumes work.
After the video when viral which lead several protest, President Kabila had no option but to fire Mr. Enock , but we are yet to see his official statement on the sacking.
Enock Ruberangabo Sebineza, 54, a notable Tutsi of the Congolese Banyamulenge community has been a President of his community (SHIKAMA) and for many years assumed important responsibilities in the province of South Kivu. President Joseph Kabila and Prime Minister Matata Ponyo have been under pressure since Thursday to dismiss Sebineza when the video went viral on the internet and a mobilization of users revolving around a slogan and hashtag caught on like a rolling snowball.
Sebineza’s dismissal was announced on State television on Friday evening in a statement in which he was charged with ‘a serious breach of duty and ethics’ unbecoming of the dignity of senior members of government.
