How Robbers stole N12m from my Ilorin home — Saraki

The Senate President, Bukola Saraki, said on Sunday that some robbers burgled his home in Ilorin,  the Kwara State capital, about two weeks ago and stole N12m cash.
Saraki, who gave the explanation in Abuja through his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Yusuph Olaniyonu, also explained that the  money was stolen from the Administrative Office located next door to the house. He said, “Unknown persons broke into the safe in the Administrative Office and stole the N12m. The incident had since been reported to the police and the Kwara State Police Command is investigating the matter with a view to nailing the culprits.
“There is therefore no truth in  the claim by SaharaReporters that the money ran into hundreds of millions; that it was in foreign currency or that the incident happened in Dr. Saraki’s room. The amount was simply in naira and the money has nothing to do with the Kwara State Government.”
The statement further explained that the money “does not belong to the Kwara State Government, as being insinuated by some people.”
It argued that Saraki was not a poor man before 2003 when he was elected the state governor and that it was unfortunate that some people believe that he could no longer own any money without people attributing the source of his wealth to the Kwara State Government.

Beheading Of Bridget In Nigeria Why?

Nigeria, What Have You Done?

About 4000 years ago a lifeless beheaded body of a man was lying on the ground abandoned. The assailant thought that as no one caught him he has escaped and could hide and cover his crime. But unknown to him the same earth he was marching and hiding on, refused to take the body of his victim as his blood kept crying out. He said.
“What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood is crying to me from the ground”. Gen. 4:10

Today, the lifeless beheaded body of a woman is lying on Nigerian soil. And the ground her blood has touched is crying out and asking, Nigeria, what have you done? And what did the woman do?

For answers to these two questions, the first question is left for Nigeria to provide the answer. For the second part, the woman’s only crime was that she was a Nigerian and a Christian.

Overcoming fear factor

In our day to life, we experience some degrees of Fear when we embark on a new journey towards achieving a set goal in life.and how we handle it is what really matters. The most damaging fear is The Act of Failure which is common and we all as human struggle with .

But coming to think about the negativity from the positive side, Failure is often a bold step towards success, majority of history read about highly successful people such as Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling and billionaire entrepreneur Richard Branson and Billgate , they have always been very vocal about how often they have failed and how that has shaped their success. But I know as human we all have different ways we react to failure as a factor of fear, I  have been through that path which was something strange, but merely avoiding the feeling of fear is not likely; however, you can take a close look at your fear of failure and then work with it to shape your future success.
Life is filled with various risk and level of fears, over coming fear is facing it, the worse enemy of fear is when one faces it and the best friend of fear is hiding away yourself from the fear you are faced with .
In my next Topic we will talk about Typed of Fears and how to over come them.

Supporting Domestic Violence Victims

Domestic Violence

Domestic violence is the use of physical, sexual, threatening or emotional force to frighten, intimidate and control an intimate partner. Domestic violence is a pattern of abusive behavior that occurs over time. This abuse often escalates and may become worse with time.
Abusive partners use combinations of behavior to control a survivor. Even if you have never experienced physical harm by a partner, but are afraid and controlled by your partner’s actions (shouting, throwing things or threats), you are being abused.

The British Prime Minister Makes a goof comment of Nigeria calling Her Fantastically Corrupt Nation lol
Bungling Cameron caught boasting to Queen of 'fantastically corrupt leaders'
David Cameron has been caught on microphone making a diplomatic gaffe during an exchange with the Queen. Speaking ahead of the anti-corruption summit later this week, the Prime Minister calls Afghanistan and Nigeria "fantastically corrupt" as he describes who will be attending. Mr Cameron is seemingly unaware his conversation with the Queen in front of the Archbishop of Canterbury, House of Commons Speaker John Bercow and Leader of the House of Commons is being caught on microphone. He continued: "Nigeria and Afghanistan - possibly two of the most corrupt countries in the world."

We have got the Nigerians - actually we have got some leaders of some fantastically corrupt countries coming to Britain.David Cameron

The Archbishop then attempts to rescue the situation by saying: "But this particular president is actually not corrupt." After his comments, Mr Bercow jokes: "They are coming at their own expense one assumes?" To which Mr Cameron responds: "Everything has to be open. There are no sort of closed-door sessions. Everything has to be in front of the press. It's going to be ... It could be quite interesting." Afghanistan and Nigeria are ranked among the most corrupt nations on the planet by Transparency International. Mr Cameron has a history of on-mic gaffes, including revealing the Queen "purred" over the Scottish referendum result and belittling the people of Yorkshire.

So maybe Arsenal didn’t win the Premier League this season, or the FA Cup, or the league cup, or the Champions League (as if), or the Charity Shield (oh hold on, they actually did win that – wooooo!), but at least Gunners fans can console themselves with the heart-warming fact that they’ve got Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil. No one can take that away from them, right? Well actually, no.
